So whenever we make Chicken or Bacon, Lainey goes NUTS!!!! Tonite was NO EXCEPTION!! But what was different was she Usually will crouch down REAL low and Spring up to get some height so she can grab a piece of chicken or bacon. BUT tonight I was watching Ugly Betty next thing I hear her run from the kitchen to the Living room than back to the kitchen JUMP and GRAB a piece of bacon...SHE actually got it!!! So I had to run and get the camera and tape her getting another piece of bacon.
I mean WHO would think a Doggie would KNOW to get a RUNNING start to JUMP higher!!! PUGGLES are the SMARTEST dogs I have EVER come across they are good problem solvers, they listen to directions (dont always choose to DO them but the listen)and I say if Lainey had THUMBS GOD HELP US!!!!!!

I can not believe she actually snagged a piece! Dave has had a whole stick of butter and a loaf of bread that he grabbed when I turned my head for a second. Puggles are smart, when it comes to food that is. Davey will learn or do anything for bacon! Although he has never been able to reach it off the counter. Although Chloe is pretty smart too- she knew you would hand her a piece =)
ReplyDeleteHow cute! I agree-- I've never met a dog smarter than my puggle. Which is fun when teaching her tricks, but isn't so much when I wake up to find myself sleeping on the floor and her tucked into the bed.
